Digital Media.

I am a content creation and digital media consultant with an academic background in graphic design. I have been in the visual communication space for 2 decades, and been a professional photographer for 15 years. 

 

I am the Creative Director at Photomagic Studio Limited where we capture, package and share digital content using photos and videos, with a special focus on online content and audiences. I am also the Creative Director at PinkFoot Digital, a digital media agency that focuses on integrated marketing communications. Pinkfoot majorly focuses on online content and social media. Both Photomagic and Pinkfoot operate under the same roof, playing complimentary roles to our clients when needed.

Recently, I started producing my own podcast called Biashara Box. It focuses on content creation for business, hosting a diverse range of professionals who are experts in storytelling, writing, videography and film, photography, visual design and more. 

 

My career has also seen me hold the Chairmanship of the Photographer’s Association of Kenya at different terms between 2010 and 2020. I currently sit in the leadership of the Design Kenya Society as a board member.

 

Over and above these, I founded a social enterprise called Karakana Initiative in 2015, as an effort to add to the positive vibes in Kenya’s struggling creative economy. Karakana undertakes activities in mentorship, career guidance, learning and knowledge sharing for artists and creatives.
